PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Polygraph Examiner
Bob Ferrer, Inc., Miami Lakes, Florida
1999
I have been a polygraph examiner since 1981, and worked in Florida, New York, Central and South America. In 1981, as part of my initial certification with the National Polygraph Institute of Miami, I completed a one year polygraph training internship with Warren D. Holmes of Holmes Polygraph Services, in Miami, Florida. From 1982-1984, I continued to train and work closely with Mr. Holmes, and have maintained a professional relationship during my career. I have also been fortunate to have worked with George B. Slattery, of Slattery & Associates, Kent C. Jurney, of Jurney & Associates, Thomas W. K. Mote (formally with the Miami-Dade Police Department Polygraph Unit), and Leonard Bierman, of Leonard Bierman & Associates.
I am currently self-employed and specialize in Spanish/English polygraph examinations involving all kinds of criminal pre & post-conviction cases for private attorneys, the public defenders, prosecutors, law enforcement, the courts, and private organizations. I have been testing adult and juvenile sexual offenders since 1981.
I am certified by the American Polygraph Association Committee on Offender Testing and the Florida Polygraph Association; and a member of the National Association of Polygraph Specialist in Sex Offender Testing/Monitoring.
